Requirements:

2. Fill out our Best Price Guarantee request form on our website

3. Take a screenshot clearly showing the lower price you found and the associated price conditions, and send it to us within 24 hours of your reservation.

4. Our reservations team will respond within 2 business days, and if the conditions are met, we will refund you the difference multiplied by 10 on the day of check-in.

5. If your request does not meet the conditions, we will send you an email explaining the reason and which condition was not met in your request.

Terms and conditions
