SURROUNDINGS OF THE BOUTIQUE HOTEL MINISTER 4* SUPERIOR

 Beautiful places to discover!

Sóller
The town of Sóller is a beautiful place on the north east coast of Mallorca. Sóller is found in a fertile valley surrounded by mountains. It shares this beautiful valley with the villages Fornalutx and Biniaraix. It has a great infrastructure with its own historic train, the tram and bus connections.

Surrounded by the Tramuntana mountains range, Sóller is a hotspot for the Spanish and for the international traveler, especially for the nature lovers, the ones interested in culture, sports, hiking and marine sports but also for those who look for a tranquil place far away from mainstream tourism

Puerto de Soller

Also known as "Port de Sóller" it has become an extremely popular place for Mallorca lovers. It is to be found at only 3km from the village of Sóller. Because of its beautiful beaches, its pittoresque natural bay, the shops and its pedestrian zone along the waterfront it truly is worth discovering. You will find numerous hiking paths along the coast and in the valley that attract all those who want to live a unique experience.

The best places to appreciate the beauty of this enchanted place is the lighthouse "Faro Muleta" or the lookout in "Santa Catalina". The views at sunset are spectacular and moreover very romantic. We highly recommend to take the tram that runs between Sóller and the port because it highlightens another aspect of the beauty of this valley.
Tramuntana Mountains
It is the main mountain range of the Balearic islands and its splended landscape was declared World Heritage by the Unesco. The three main peaks of Mallorca are the Cúber, Gorg Blau and the military (smallest) of the Puig Major.

The regional capital of the Tramuntana mountains is Sóller. Its highest mountain, the Puig Major, is 1436m and thus the highest mountain on Mallorca and the Balearic islands.
